5.1 Scope and purpose of data processing without LinkedIn user account Registration
As the operator of the Bayartis company page on LinkedIn, Bayartis has access to statistical evaluations of access to our company page. This data is available in aggregated and anonymized form and does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the individual visitors to the Bayartis company site. Bayartis uses the statistical evaluations to make the information provided attractive for visitors to our company website on an ongoing basis and to align it with the user's interests.
We process the data provided by you in this context and which may be accessible to us in order to safeguard our overriding legitimate interests in communicating with customers and interested parties in the context of a balancing of interests. It is in our interest to provide you with a platform on which we can provide you with up-to-date information.
This is also where our legitimate interests in data processing lie. (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR)
5.2 Scope of data processing with LinkedIn user account Login
If users are logged in with their LinkedIn user account when accessing the company page, information about accessing the service can be assigned to the respective user account. This information is also available to Bayartis as the operator of the company's website. The provision of information can be avoided by logging out of the LinkedIn user account before accessing the company page.
Visitors to the company's website also have the opportunity to use interactive functionalities, such as the "Like" symbol or the sharing and commenting on posts. As a rule, this use requires the visitor to log in to LinkedIn. When using this website, personal data and information are visible to Bayartis and other visitors to the company's website and, if necessary, a direct personal assignment can be made. Bayartis has no influence on the interactive functionalities and the visibility of user activities on the company page on LinkedIn.
At this point, we would like to point out that the company page on LinkedIn can of course also be visited without using these interactive functionalities.
