Fatma Özdemir-Zäch
Founder & CEO
With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and life sciences, Fatma combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. She spent two decades at Novartis, advancing from Clinical Programmer to Technical Associate Director, and holds an M.Sc. in Medical Informatics and an MBA in Life Science and Health Care.

As founder of Bayartis and Bayan IT Consulting, she has proven her ability to identify market gaps and deliver innovative solutions. Her focus lies in leveraging artificial intelligence and data science to advance personalized and accessible healthcare.

Throughout her career, Fatma has been recognized for her ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support drug development and patient care. She is passionate about building solutions that improve quality of life for patients, particularly in the area of polypharmacy, where her experience and expertise converge to address one of healthcare’s most pressing challenges. At Bayartis, she is dedicated to shaping the future of patient care and digital health.
Sadik Keshwani
Co-founder & CTO
Sadik is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 20 years of global experience delivering high-impact technology solutions across healthcare, finance, and cybersecurity. He holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Entrepreneurship, and has successfully founded multiple ventures, including Guidant GmbH, a profitable and growing technology services company.

Known for his ability to translate complex problems into scalable solutions, Sadik combines operational discipline with strong product vision to drive innovation at Bayartis. His entrepreneurial track record also includes founding and leading organizations across filmmaking - Guidant Films and social impact - Touching Lives Switzerland.
